World Cup 2026 Simulator does not require account creation or collect personal information. Your bracket predictions are encoded entirely in the URL and/or stored locally in your browser (localStorage). We do not transmit your predictions to our servers unless you explicitly use the “Share” feature, which stores an anonymised copy for up to 30 days, or the “Save prediction” feature, which stores anonymised snapshots in account history associated with a random cookie ID. If you send Feedback & Corrections, we store your message, selected type, optional email, current page path, locale, and limited technical metadata to investigate the report and prevent abuse.
We may use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data including page views, session duration, and device type. This data is aggregated and not personally identifiable. You can opt out via browser extensions or Google's opt-out tools.

Shared predictions stored on our servers are automatically deleted after 30 days. We do not store any personally identifiable information alongside them. Saved prediction history entries are stored against an anonymous account ID and capped to a limited number of recent items per account. Feedback & Corrections submissions are kept privately for troubleshooting and product improvement, then deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
